i ordered a pair of adidas ultrastar perf trainers in white 3 days ago and put the details required in but it said that i will recieve an email within the next 24hours and i still havnt recieved it, i was just wondering if i havnt done correctly or if there is any problems with my order?

Sorry for this problem take you too much trouble, we have checked our web system, and we just got that you had ordered on our site, and didn't find your payment recond. We have checked your order our shoes with register user, so you can login your member, then continue the order, you order shoes info is, ID: ASS162 Size:US 9.0, and if you are anonymity, you need to submit a new order and then complete the order.
